The frame of the building is of high tensile steel reinforced concrete structure with earthquake-proof design. The building is being constructed in accordance with an anti-seismic structural study.
All external walls are built of top quality clay bricks of dimensions 25cms. Internal walls are single with a total thickness of 10cms.
Internal walls are of three layers of plastering and paint and external walls are of three layers of plaster and painted with Santex paint.
